What if I need to cancel?

Let us know at least 3 days in advance to receive a refund (minus a 10% fee), credit, or transfer. Cancellations with less notice are not eligible for a refund.

What happens if I miss or forget a class?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for no-shows or missed classes without notice.

What if the class is canceled?

If we cancel due to low enrollment, weather, or instructor conflicts, you’ll have the option to transfer to an upcoming class, or request a refund (minus a small website fee if applicable).

Can I register without paying online?

Yes, you may register by phone, email, social media message, or in person. Just make sure to pay at least 5 days in advance to hold your spot.

Can I bring a check to class?

Sure—as long as you're 100% committed to attending. We’re a small nonprofit and rely on the honor system for these cases.

Are there classes that fill up fast or cost more?

Yes—classes like stained glass, pottery, floral arranging, and cookie decorating often fill quickly and require extra prep. Early registration and timely payment are a must.
