Terms of Agreement

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. The Brookings Arts Council will make reasonable efforts to respect my privacy and minimize capturing my image. However, it may not always be possible to avoid incidental inclusion in photos or videos.

  2. The Brookings Arts Council, its sponsors, and representatives are not liable for any unintentional inclusion of my image in event-related media.

  3. This opt-out request applies only to the specific event listed above. To extend or revoke this request for future events, I must notify the Brookings Arts Council in writing.

  4. Opting out does not provide access to restricted areas where photography or filming is prohibited for safety, security, or legal reasons.

  5. I understand my image may still appear incidentally in crowd shots or in public areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
