Safety & Liability Agreement
By registering for and/or participating in any class, workshop, or event hosted by the Brookings Arts Council (“BAC”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with the class, including but not limited to injury, illness, or damage to personal property.
The BAC, its staff, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
You are responsible for following all safety instructions and using materials and tools as directed.
If the class involves potentially hazardous tools, chemicals, or materials, you understand and accept the inherent risks.
By attending, you consent to these terms and release the BAC and instructors from any claims or liability related to participation.
Your participation constitutes agreement to this waiver.
